Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel,
Technology, to support various teams in negotiating technology and
commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements, focusing
on technology agreements
Review and comment on contracts prepared by others, balancing
business needs with legal analysis
Provide legal advice on risks to business decision-makers in a
fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top ABA-accredited law school
Member in good standing of the North Carolina or other state
bar
4 - 6 years of relevant in-house experience
Industry knowledge in technology, including software and cloud
services
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and preferred knowledge of
Ironclad and Salesforce
