Job Description:

We are a law firm located in West LA, seeking an associate attorney with experience in trusts & estate planning and probate administration. Corresponding experience in limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, real estate, and transactional matters will be advantageous. An ideal candidate will be someone with 5+ years of experience. LLM in taxation is a plus.Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, trust administration documents, and probate proceeding documents.
• Meet with clients regarding same and effectively communicate to clients.
• Supervise staff, work with others, and perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.Qualifications:
• LLM in taxation preferred.
• Certified Specialist in taxation or trust/probate law preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Confidence to meet and work with clients and effectively communicate solutions to same.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with others.Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
