A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales to lead and
expand its business in the heavy-duty market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing remote sales team
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and
targets
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and
business partners
Qualifications and Skills
Proven track record of sales within the Heavy-Duty Aftermarket
business
Preferably a business or engineering bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5 years in a senior commercial
role in the Heavy-Duty Industry
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage
high-performing sales teams
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales performance
tools
