We help sales teams make better sales calls in minutes with a cloud voice solution (think slack for voice).WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are obsessed with providing world-class quality and are looking for Sales Engineers who can help support our channel sales team. We are growing rapidly and looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and take pride in their work. We have an amazing team and want you to become a part of it!RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the sales team with technical challenges during the sales process.
• Drive adoption and expansion of Kixie products by highlighting feature opportunities, educating customers on Kixie best practices, and creating relevant strategies for customers and the Success team.
• Communicate with customers of all technical levels via phone and email.
• Be the first line contact for sales questions and issues, working with the appropriate internal teams (e.g. engineering, product management, customer success) to solve problems and manage them through to resolution.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• You are an amazing problem solver.

• You are great at dealing with people and are comfortable via phone, email, and chat.
• You're familiar with customer management tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Hubspot, or you're a quick study who is eager to develop fluency with tools like these.
• You love learning new things and hate being bored at work.
• You're data driven and willing to learn new tools like Looker to see if your efforts are making an impact.
• Ideally, you are comfortable with technology and don't get afraid of words like "firewall" and "router".
