• Utilise your expertise in data analysis to provide business units with timely access to reliable, repeatable, and insightful reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of master data, identifying trends that may indicate data quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, implementing changes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Manage system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure data protection and recoverability in the event of a disaster.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.About you
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and proficiency in data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI and Excel.
• Strong background in systems and application support.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar SaaS ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Previous exposure to the FMCG industry is highly valued.
• Familiarity with security policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
