Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for a remote
Telehealth/Virtual position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and gather data for patient care coordination
and discharge planning
Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve patient concerns
and expedite discharge processes
Participate in department operations and contribute to process
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Completion of a Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred
Three or more years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital
inpatient setting
Experience with Epic and/or Cerner systems is required
Must hold a valid, unrestricted RN license in New York
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
