Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist
responsible for conducting investigations into employee relations
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct thorough investigations into allegations of
misconduct, harassment, and discrimination
Document investigation steps and findings, preparing detailed
reports with recommendations
Collaborate with HR, legal, and management to address investigation
outcomes and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, or
a related field
3-5 years of experience in employee relations, HR, legal, or a
similar role
Experience in workplace investigations is highly desirable
Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices
