Job Description:
A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist for a fully
remote, full-time position in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient engagement and assist in identifying barriers to
recovery
Educate patients on available community resources and facilitate
care transitions
Maintain communication with patients and Care Team members,
reporting on patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in opioid use disorder treatment resources
and 2+ years in peer support
Peer certification in the state of residence is required
Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support
Specialist (NCPRSS) expected within 9 months of hire
High degree of trustworthiness and professionalism, with a focus on
patient confidentiality
A dedicated, private workspace with high-speed internet is
required
