Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP - Compensation to develop and
implement compensation strategies and manage compensation
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the compensation function and develop compensation programs,
policies, and procedures
Provide advice and creative solutions to the business while
monitoring the effectiveness of existing programs
Compile, prepare, and present data; manage external vendors and
consultants as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree required; preferred in a business-related
field
10 years of experience in compensation with expertise in various
compensation areas
5+ years of experience managing a team
Preferred certifications include CCP (Certified Compensation
Professional) and GRP (Global Remuneration Professional)
