Job Description:
A company is looking for a Document Indexing Specialist to
support the Internal Revenue Service with organizing and indexing
scanned documents.
Key Responsibilities
Index and categorize scanned documents according to established
guidelines
Verify the quality and accuracy of scanned documents and make
necessary adjustments
Maintain and update the document indexing system for consistency
and reliability
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to hold a federal security
clearance
