Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Intake Counselor for a
remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls and chats, triaging mental health and substance use
disorder symptoms
Conduct behavioral health screenings and provide customized
referrals for treatment
Document interactions accurately in the designated database and
ensure compliance with clinical requirements
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services such as psychology
or sociology
Registered with a licensing entity with a cleared status
2+ years of direct clinical services experience post-graduate
degree
Experience working with diverse populations and various
psychological disorders
Ability to enter accurate clinical information into Medi-Cal
beneficiary electronic health records (EHR)
