Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to
conduct employee interviews and gather insights on retention and
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees during exit,
new hire, and stay interviews
Capture employee insights to identify frustrations, motivations,
and interests
Uncover important employee observations and organizational
trends
Required Qualifications
Strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or
Psychology
Typing rate of 50 WPM or more
Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for engaging with people
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
Bi-lingual is a plus, especially in Spanish
