Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Test Lead to oversee the
testing lifecycle for a program and manage testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage compliance with program-wide test plans and oversee testing
activities
Act as the customer liaison for administrative tasks and triage of
issues
Generate reports and maintain metrics to monitor testing
progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or
related field (advanced degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or test
management roles
Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs or
projects
Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and test plan
development
Expertise in using testing tools and reporting systems for
program-level oversight
