Job Description:
A company is looking for an Experience Researcher to conduct
mixed methods research to inform product decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope and conduct mixed-method research projects, including
usability tests and surveys
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research
opportunities and implement insights
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable
insights for product development
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS with 5+ years of experience in applied research roles
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies
Experience designing and conducting usability studies, in-depth
interviews, and surveys
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data using
statistical software
Experience with research tools and familiarity with recruiting and
analytics suites
