while doing it!Role Overview:As a Lead Product Designer at DISQO,
you will spearhead the design of our next-generation B2B products,
focusing on intuitive data visualization and seamless integration
of AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that simplify
complex data and enhance decision-making for our customers. The
ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of B2B SaaS products, a deep
understanding of data visualization and exploration, and is
passionate about learning how to leverage AI to create seamless
user experiences for complex workflows. You will own the design
process from ideation through execution, ensuring that every
feature we ship is optimized for usability and business impact.What
you will do:
- Design Leadership: Lead the design vision for our products,
setting high standards for user experience and visual design.
- User Experience Design: End-to-end UX design, from research and
wireframing to prototyping and user testing, ensuring an intuitive,
engaging user journey. You will design and iterate on product
features, user interfaces, and user experiences in Figma.
- Data Visualization: Translate complex datasets into clear,
actionable insights through innovative data visualization
techniques and AI-driven tools.
- Customer-Centric Design: Conduct user research, usability
testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user
experience and product features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers,
and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them
into engaging and effective design solutions. Lead design reviews,
offering and receiving constructive feedback.
- Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity
mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather
feedback.
- UI/UX Best Practices: Establish and maintain design standards,
style guides, and usability heuristics to create a cohesive look
and feel across the platform.
- Design System: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system
that ensures consistency and efficiency across our product
suite.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior
designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team
environment.
- Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and
technologies to continually enhance your design skills and our
products.What you bring to the role:
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer within the B2B
space.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer
Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with designing data visualization, data exploration,
and interactive charts.
- Proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing your
design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered
design.
- Experience in creating responsive designs for both web and
mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user flows,
wireframing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate
with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with
business goals.
- Experience with the ad-tech industry is a plus.
- Experience with chat, conversational UIs or AI-driven
interfaces is a big plus.Compensation:$160,000 - $180,000 a year.
This is a structured hybrid role based out of our Glendale, CA
office. Your pay will be determined by your experience, work
