You'll be the first contact for our customers: answering billing
questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations.

Salary:
Salary: $20.35 per hour / $41,005.25 annually
Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their
first year as a Customer Service Representative. Top associates can
see increases up to 15%!
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing
expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
An effective communicator who understands the importance of
listening and being empathetic
Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
environment
Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes
quickly
Open to feedback to support your performance and development
Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
-Annual Salary$20.35 - $31.27The above annual salary range is a
general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to
arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the
selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the
scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's
work experience, education and training, the work location as well
as market and business considerations.
