Job Description:

We seek a talented executive chef passionate about sushi, to lead a high-end Michelin quality restaurant offering Omakase and Izakaya dining. The venue will feature a private room and separate dining area.The ideal candidate is innovative, relentless in pursuit of excellence, and skilled in food and labor cost management. They should have a strong command of seafood, sushi, and menu planning, with experience in fine dining and catering. Previous restaurant ownership is preferred.Key qualifications include:

Extensive knowledge of seafood, sushi, and handling practices
Experience in sushi preparation, cooking, and food service
Strong background in restaurant operations and cost controls
Exceptional knife skills and culinary expertise
Ability to teach and mentor kitchen staffThis is a full-time position offering a base salary of up to $120K, bonus, and benefits. International travel is required, including at least one trip to Japan for R&D. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
