Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Workforce Health
and Safety in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement workforce health and safety programs in
compliance with regulations
Establish and maintain vendor relationships for health and safety
services
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate
identified risks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health Environmental Science,
Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
3 years of recent experience in a hospital workforce health and
safety role
Certified Safety or Associate Safety Professional Certification
(preferred)
Experience with PureOHS Electronic Health Record and Press Ganey
Safety Reporting System (preferred)
Master's in Public Health or related field (preferred)
