WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- The ideal candidate is a confident, strategic leader with a
proven track record of surpassing goals and building
high-performing sales or relationship development teams.
- Displays Anchor's core values - swing the hammer, curiously
resourceful and team before self.
- Will own risk oversight for the channel - conduct business with
ethical brokers, borrowers, and eliminate risks of fraud.
- Has deep experience with CRMs and related tools and
functionality (reporting, journeys, conversion triggers).
- Someone with a strong data and systems orientation who will
understand the full capabilities of all our systems and ensure
their team uses all the functionality, and who will track and
analyze all customer and sales related data to learn and teach with
a view to maximizing profitable relationships and
originations.
- Someone who understands the customer's needs vs. our current
systems and policies and provide that input to the CSO and company
leadership team across appropriate functions.
- Analytical mindset and skillset with ability to review and
synthesize data for prospecting and lead generation
efforts.
- College degree preferred but not required.
GOALS FOR THE ROLE
- Grow the indirect business to generate $1-$2 billion in loan
originations within 3 years and at least 3-4 billion within 5
years.
- Recruit, train and manage 5 AEs by end of the year 2025 (1
today).
- Achieve 70%+ Non-CA originations.
- Improve broker risk assessment and oversight.
- Establish and manage to KPIs - total originations, growth by
period, revenue per loan, minimum production by BMD, brokerage and
broker wallet share, and other KPIs ensuring individual and team
accountability and success.
- Represent Anchor Loans at key industry events to grow your
team's book of business and establish the company as a trusted
leader.
- Scope and ensure delivery of a best-in-class broker experience
including broker portal, pricing tools, and broker/borrower
technology engagement functionality.
- Ensure Team Accountability - Foster a results-driven
environment by setting clear expectations, tracking performance,
and implementing measures to ensure your team consistently
surpasses their goals.
