Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Regional Director to oversee
regional operations and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor Site and Area Directors to achieve regional
goals
Develop strategic plans to meet productivity and financial
targets
Collaborate with various teams to ensure service delivery and
client satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education:
Minimum of 7 years in the field of ABA, specifically in a
multi-disciplinary agency
Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Minimum of 4 years managing teams in a clinical setting
Experience managing a region with over 100 staff and $5MM in annual
revenue
