Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager (SMB)
to engage with SMB customers and drive retention and growth
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a large portfolio of SMB Transit customers, focusing on
retention and growth
Collaborate with the Sales team to expand the customer base and
assist with Swiftly product adoption
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and develop action
plans for success
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a SaaS software company
Proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management
roles
Experience managing a high volume of accounts
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk
Interest in public transportation and technology's role in
mobility
