Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Payroll to oversee
payroll processing and compliance for a remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate payment of all
employees
Manage the payroll team and collaborate with HR and finance
departments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
8+ years of experience in payroll management
5+ years of management experience
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and U.S. labor laws
Experience with payroll software and systems (e.g., Workday,
ADP)
