Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Program Director responsible for
overseeing and managing a portfolio of HR projects and
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to achieve goals for
large HR projects
Manage project calendars, track progress, and communicate project
status to stakeholders
Develop project deliverables, tools, and resources for successful
implementation of HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
8+ years of relevant experience in managing a portfolio of
projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in a leadership role within HR is preferred
Oracle Human Capital Management Certification is a plus
