Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Product Management in the
Debit Product Management team for North America Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze debit routing data to drive performance improvements and
optimize approval rates
Collaborate with teams to negotiate incentive agreements and
identify revenue growth opportunities
Monitor key performance indicators related to debit acceptance and
implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. debit landscape, including Dual
and Single Message systems
Proven ability to leverage data analytics tools for performance
assessment and recommendations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
and presentations
Experience in addressing transaction-related inquiries with a focus
on customer satisfaction
Ability to work effectively across functions and engage with
diverse teams
