Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Partner,
Engineering HRBP & Comp/Benefits Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering leaders on HR strategies and talent
management initiatives
Design and implement compensation structures and benefits programs
to attract and retain talent
Champion a culture of inclusion and engagement through employee
initiatives and feedback analysis
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in HR, particularly with engineering or
technical teams
Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong knowledge of compensation structures and benefits design
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field preferred
