Job Description:
A company is looking for a Portfolio Management Coordinator to
manage customer relationships and enhance loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Create appointments and manage customer follow-ups
Monitor customer portfolio to identify opportunities for loyalty
and retention
Establish rapport with customers and articulate the value
proposition
Required Qualifications and Education:
Automotive retail experience
Customer service or account management experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms
Familiarity with customer engagement center practices
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
