Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, West Sales to drive
revenue growth and lead the sales team across the Western United
States, Canada, and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver revenue targets and develop the Go-To-Market strategy for
the West region
Identify new business opportunities and optimize sales processes
while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Build and lead a high-performance sales organization, focusing on
team development and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
15+ years of senior sales management experience in sales strategy
and execution
BS in Business Administration required; MBA preferred
Expertise in Enterprise Software, SaaS, and cybersecurity/identity
industry experience preferred
Experience leading teams in international regions, including Canada
and Latin America
Established multi-vertical C-level contacts in large enterprise
customers
