Sqirl is growing with dinner service. With dinner on the horizon and the addition of a bar menu (full liquor), we are looking to add a floor manager to our team. The position will be entirely PM floor management once open.Responsibilities include building out a SOP for dinner service, assisting in hiring, onboarding and training, and defining FOH OS&E. You will bring a team through Friends and Family and into dinner service.We look forward to talking to you and discussing in further detail the specifics on the job opportunity.We are looking forward to having you on the team.Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in floor management
  • Ability to build and implement SOPs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
