Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tech Sales Service Manager,
RhythmCARE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Remote Services Team to achieve departmental
goals
Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
Build strategic partnerships to further departmental and
organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 7 years of related work
experience
Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development
Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ employees
Previous experience in a Call Center setting
Technical experience with LATITUDE Consult and/or Heart Connect
products preferred
