Develops marketing tools and globally organized marketing activities in support of the product. Product champion and main conduit for all product-related communications. Plans and contributes to the International Business Team meetings (IBT), and affiliate meetings.Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate the development of marketing tools and activities, including brochures, training manuals, and digital media, to support product messaging.
• Lead initiatives for launching and promoting new and existing products.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans and deliverables for product commercialization and specific launches.
• Monitor customer requirements and drive product performance, focusing on quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure affiliate plans align with the global strategy and provide support on product issues.
• Plan and contribute to International Business Team (IBT) and affiliate meetings.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and recommend actions to address market dynamics.Who You Are:
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing/sales or related experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic or related industry preferred (the related experience could be technical and/or software for DP&W positions); non-industry experience may be substituted on a 2:1 basis.
• Proven expertise in product positioning and branding.Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree or MBA in marketing, science, or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling marketing messages.
• Experience managing branding, medical education, and PR/communication agencies.
• Budget management and product launch experience are preferred.Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Carlsbad, CA is $140,700-$261,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
