We offer a full service experience for our clients from investments to tax services as well as a cohesive team environment allowing our team members to achieve their fullest potential.Why join us?Competitive base salary401k match of 4%Full health benefitsFlexible hours outside of tax seasonHybrid schedule - Monday through Thursday in office and Fridays at homeHoliday bonusLife InsuranceFSAJob Details- WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM - - Has worked closely with advisors that have a book of business in excess of $250M - Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and wealth management principals - Experience in client interactions regarding investment servicing, opening accounts in varying degrees of complexity, manage incoming/outgoing asset transfers, and money movement transactions - Adherence to financial regulatory guidelines - Ability to field multi-topic inquiries, work with other departments in completing tasks and track current work in progress through to completion - Understanding of Portfolio Performance Reports and identify and resolve errors in reporting - Technical skills to analyze financial transactions and identify discrepancies - Demonstrate loyalty, exceptional work ethic and consistency - Master at Planning and Organization - Analysis of Financial Data - Self-Starting, Self-Management and takes Personal Accountability for work - Customer Focused and Results Oriented - Flexible, Problem Solver and Adapts to Change - Thrives under pressure and can manage high-work volume - Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)**Preferred Series 65**Interested in hearing more?
