Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Analyst, Manager to solve
complex problems and manage a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable solutions for challenges in the scan-and-match
space
Collaborate with software development teams to gather requirements
and assess impacts
Manage a team of analysts, identifying strengths and growth
opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and experience with large data
sets
Experience with visualization and reporting tools like Grafana and
Tableau
Familiarity with analytics models such as DBT and Airflow
Advanced skills in statistical and predictive forecasting
techniques
Experience in a player/coach role, mentoring team members while
engaging in hands-on tasks
