Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Management Architect with
significant experience in ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize workflows on the ServiceNow
platform
Lead integrations and coordinate with user management regarding
project status and user needs
Develop high-level system architecture documents and assist in
software application development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or a related
technical field, or equivalent technical experience
Five years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery
(HRSD), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Strong experience with APIs and systems integrations
Familiarity with ServiceNow's GenAI solutions and chatbot
configuration is a plus
