Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Crimes Controls Manager to
lead financial crime risk management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate existing control infrastructure and processes to identify
and address gaps in financial crime risk coverage
Establish and drive the strategic vision for financial crime
controls in alignment with company objectives
Act as the primary liaison with technical teams to facilitate
communication and collaboration on control development
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of risk management, financial crime, or program
management experience
Experience working at leading technology companies or within the
payments industry
Proven track record of operating effectively in product-centric
environments
Experience operating effectively within a matrix environment
A passion for developing a team and fostering a culture of
excellence in compliance practices
