Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a high-performing Marketing Operations team
Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and
systems
Lead evaluations and implementations of new marketing
technologies
Required Qualifications
12+ years in Marketing Operations within high-growth
environments
2-3 years of team leadership experience
Expert-level proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation
Strong project management skills in cross-functional settings
